I have tried all of the things suggested on forums to make my SD card readable in my Galaxy s5. I formatted in my computer, in my phone. I downloaded a recovery app. Nothing is working. What can I do to fix this error for my sd card?!?!?!

When connected to your PC can you move files to it? When you formatted it what file system did you set it to?

I set out to FAT32 when I formatted it and I am able to move files onto the sd card

OK FAT32 is the system Android recognises and if you can move files to it, the card is OK. I would try another card and if you experience the same it is likely the card reader in your phone will need replacing

It's a problem with your device then. If it's less than 1 year old you can contact the manufacturer to do a warranty claim on it.
