    OK, here is the problem... and thanks for looking and or answering:

    Phone dials out to the last phone number active in my call log.
    Sometime it does it so often I have to turn it off.
    Then I think I am breaking the cycle by turning it off and lo-&-behold, when I turn it on again it does it again.

    I still have a year in my agreement before I can upgrade :-(((((.

    Way too expensive for it to have this permanent behavior and the vendor and the service prvider do not offer solutions. Any ideas??????

    At the risk of sounding dumb,
    Do I need to make arrangements directly with Samsung for the service you mention or if I go to the vendor I purchase from, can they process the service?

    No all you have to do is go to settings, back up and reset and click clear all data.
