USB connection lost

Hi there, LG G4C suddenly lost USB connection to pc (WIN 7) only charging. Any idea how to set MTP? Thanks

Try to restart the phone

tried multiple times still connected and also reconnecting after the restart but it didn't help. using notification bar and tapping the "charging" also doesn't do a thing
