System UI has stopped working

I was showing a friend some of the options developer mode could produce for him and hit force RtL layout frome there the phone crashed and said "Unfortunately System UI has stopped" I've read the forms and have done everything imaginable to fix it including Factory Reset still no dice it hasn't been fixed the phone was in airplane mode when it crashed if that makes any difference someone please help. Droid Turbo Lolipop 5.1

Welcome to Android Central! After the reset, were you able to get through the Setup Wizard, or did it crash again with that System UI Has Stopped Working message?
