The file app on the phone shows files that are like icons as a file name such as 1340375073713.jpg. I cannot find this file using windows file manager on computer. Are they hidden? If so, where and how to unhide. There are hundreds of them. I can delete them one at a time using the phone file manager but don't know how to do bulk delete.

Welcome to Android Central! What directory on the phone's internal storage are those files located in?

Signed in now. I cannot find the directory. When looking at the pic and hitting the "i" for information, all I get is the file name.

You could use My Files to look directly through the various directories. From what I know of the Samsung My Files app, you're probably looking at the "Photos" category of the app, which just aggregates all photos from all storage areas. Start looking at specific directories until you find those files. If My Files has a search function, try searching for the filename of one of those photos.
