why can I not record video or playback vids on my samsung grand prime?

When I press record I get a notification that states "warning. Recording failed" when I try to playback recordings that I have on the SD card. I get a new notification that states "cannot play video. Not enough resources" please help. Thanks

This is exactly what is happening to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 and when I try to record a video it just does not work and when I try to playback a video which I specifically recorded with Samsung camera, it says not enough resources. The silly part is I can playback videos which I recorded with retrica or whatsapp.
