[AC Question]

Hi Guys,

I seriously hope that you can help me, please?

I have a Galaxy S5 and I have tried and tried to move my gallery pics from my phone to the pc. I finally manage to get through the numerous errors and such but now I have noticed that I can't move any pics that are marked with the Picasa symbol to a PC. I really don't want to lose those pictures and videos. Everything I have read seems to make the pics disappear from my phone. I also don't want those pics to be viewed by others (I am not sure what the cloud is or does) So any help would be greatly appreciated! I swear that I never used to be so technologically challenged...

Hi, all the photos with a Picasa symbol on them are stored in your Google Photos cloud. You won't be able to remove them from the phone and put on your PC as they won't be stored on your phone. Try Googling "Google Photos" log in with your email add and password and see what images are there.
