I get group text messages from some people but not from my mom.

My mom sends group text messages to all of her adult children, as well as a couple of her grandchildren, just updating us on family issues, etc. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, previously I had an LG G2. It is consistently a problem with MY phone. No issues with anyone else, only me. Any suggestions? For example, my daughters both have the same phone I do, same carrier (Sprint) and they get the group text messages, but not me.

What phone does your mom have? Also have you checked your APN settings?

I am not sure what phone my mom has. But my daughter has the same phone as I do and gets them. I also get single texts from my mom. I get group messages from other people.

She has an LG phone, T-Mobile is the provider. I haven't changed any of my settings, so I don't know if they are correct or not. Or even what they are or what they should be?
