why am i not able to open my account on viber?

hi iam using samsung galaxy tab 3 i restored my tab yesterday and installed viber but when i gave my old number on viber it accepts the number but does not send the activation code i have viber on 2 of my laptops with the same number does that make any difference? and sometimes it gives error but when i put another number it accepts quickly what should i do to solve this problem?
