Why my phone is getting restart whenever i am adding sim card in it?

My phone was working perfect but few days ago my cell was off because off battery low and when i charged it, it was getting restart and when i removed the sim it was working but with sim card its not working. i have updated my phone to lollipop few days ago , so i wanna know how can i resolve my problem?
