Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Ring turn on?

I tried to turn on my phone this morning and everything went the same way it always does, but when it came to the Samsung screen where the blue flashes around the letters, it would only stay there and occasionally vibrate without turning on. I charged it fully, there's nothing wrong with the battery or the gold connectors, but it still won't turn on. How do I fix it?

I would try to do a factory data reset in the bootloader
