Just got a new phone and it will not let me sign in to my google account.

I know my password and I can sign on with my Ipad. I went in and changed to a new password and still cannot sign in on my phone. I've gotten account notifications that I have changed the password on the phone but can't sign in. I get options to type in security lettering but it is not accepting them. Any suggestions?

Do you have the two-steps verification enabled for that account? If so disable it temporarily and try to sign in from your phone again. Tell us how it goes.
