While setting up LG Optimus L70, a bunch of errors popup about Google Framework

While attempting to setup my LG Optimus L70(LGMS323), a keep getting pop ups about various errors regarding "com.google.process gapps", Google Frameworks and just about every other Google App I can think of.

I'm able to connect to my wifi, I'm able to click through them all to the point where it asks me to sign into my Google Account. I manage to do this(albeit the keyboard is just blank keys) and it just hangs on the "Signing in progress bar" Any ideas, it's a not a new phone but it was factory reset. I used it before the reset and never had any problems with it.

Any ideas?

I would try to do another factory data reset. If that doesn't work then I would contact the manufacturer for a warranty replacement
