My s6 active won't come on, just has the blue light blinking

I had my phone plugged in to the USB in the car and it kept trying to connect to the car thru mirror link. I shut that off. Later tried to get on phone and screen would not turn on, just the blinking blue notification light

Do a forced restart. Hold the power and volume down buttons for 20 seconds
