I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S6 and all the pictures I receive via text are really blurry. I initially noticed that one picture I sent was a little pixelated, but the pictures I got from an iPhone 4C and even my sister's Galaxy S6 are slightly pixelated in comparison to the original photo. I changed the settings to send and recieve all sizes and my sisters phone has the same setting, but it hasn't changed. Some of the pictures are so awful you can not even recognize facial features. What is the problem?

    Welcome.
Try this: Go into the Camera app, go to Settings and then disable Smart Optical Image Stabilization.
Let us know if that works.
