I just got a brand new, out of the package, Acer Liquid Z410. I downloaded a few apps and games. I've noticed that my battery level was going down very fast. After about 10 minutes of use, it goes down to about 98%. When I got my phone, I charged it to about 70%, and began to use it. Was this a poor decision? Should I have charged it completely to 100%, then use start to use it? Whenever I check the estimated remaining time left on the battery, it always gives me something like 3 minutes remaining.

P.S I did another test with the screen on the smallest brightness, all other features off except WiFi and the Cellular Connection, for 5 minutes, while playing a game, and the battery life went down to 98%.

Use the phone normally for a few days and then see what you think. New devices often eat battery until they've settled down.
