Cannot clear notification

[AC Question]

I have an "Account Action Required" notification on my Samsung Galaxy S11 mobile phone. There is no "Clear" tab to get rid of it and it says I need to install the "Google Apps Device Policy" app. I believe this is a works based app and don't wish to install it on my private mobile but I cannot get rid of the notification. Help!
