Best kids launcher for Android tablet?

Hey- my 3yr old daughter just got her first Android tablet and it came with iWawa. I do not like the interface that much and would like some suggestions on a kid's safe launcher to restrict her use to only the games/apps I allow.

Any ideas?

What tablet? What version of Android? Lots of devices are now able to use the built-in profile manager in Android, you can then allow only certain apps available to the second profile.

I'm not questioning your decision (or that of whoever got the device) but that's one of those things that could be missing on the super inexpensive devices that places like WalMart tend to advertise this time of year.
