I have an Huawei and it was working normally till some time ago. Whenever I take a screenshot it goes to my gallery but when I go to the gallery and see it the screenshot is black like if the image I screenshoted was back (wich was not).
I can't also download images from google. In my notification screen says that the image is saved but when I go to the gallery it happens the same as the screenshots.
However, till last night, when I downloaded an image and toke a screenshot my phone started to save it to a new album. For example: I have already an album named screenshots but now, when I take one, the picture goes to another album also called screenshots. Same goes to the downloaded images.
I've done everything but I can't solve the problem and I don't want to reset my phone(it didn't work aswell when I did). Can someone help me?
