Why my adb server is out of date.killing and error of unknown host service

i try to solve my asus zenfon5 boot loop.but when i type adb sideload <myfile.zip>.
the adb server is out of date and failed to start daemon. with error of unknown host service.

Your device's sync application has it's own version of adb.exe, which is incompatible with the Android SDK. Every time you plug your device into your computer's USB port, that pesky sync application tries to run it's version of adb.exe which is butting heads with the Android SDK's version.
