will trying to flash a stock rom for my phone revert deleted system apps to normal

I am using an Iball Andi 5e7 model and accidently deleted the system UI using es explorer. I had a backup of the app but it refuses to be installed. i used luckypatcher to turn it back into a system apk but it show an error and asks me to uninstall the orginal version (which i cant find anywhere within my phone) or reboot it manually and then reinstall it. i just cant acess the status bar and walpapers and the recent files. The only changes i made in the phone before that was that i deleted the iball launcher and old google search apk, while installing the google now launcher and latest google apk as system files. but now not even restoring from the recovery mode is not helping me. can sombody help me with the mess i am in ?

Yes flashing the stock rom will bring back system apps you uninstalled
