I have just been given my son's Galaxy 3 after he up graded.
We did a factory reset when I got the phone.
I then did an upgrade and since then I kept getting errors saying that was unable to use any apps etc or download any as the google account manager has stopped working, get the same for google play.
So tried clearing all cache ... still issues.
Decided to do a reset again..... kept stopping within first couple of screens of reset saying the same errors.... plus others - all saying stopped working...
Decided to try a hard reset..... still get the same errors.....????
Can anyone suggest anything please?
