Samsung does not switch on after activating Device Administrator

[AC Question]

I activated and accepted Device Administrator (built in android security feature) and it went restarting straight away. Though after that it manages to get till network operator's logo and Samsung logo, but never further on. it keeps trying (circulating between those 2 logos) unsuccessfully until discharges totally.

- it is not possible to switch it off while it's doing so, unless I take the battery out;
- off course it is not a problem of battery.

It is a Samsung fame model.

I hope it is possible to sort this problem... hopefully without swiping all data out.

Welcome to Android Central! What did you turn on in the Settings>Security>Device Administrators menu? You don't activate and accept Device Administrators--you go to that menu and tap the checkbox for one of the apps to make it a device administrator (like Android Device Manager).

i actiivated device administrator on my samsung S7582 and it restarted. M not able to switch it off until i take the bty out. Now when i switch it on,it struct on samsung logo only. how can i resolve this issue .
