Why is my iRola Jelly Beans 4.2 frozen at the start up screen

I plug it in and it will start charging then it will start up and freeze on the Start Up screen. What's wrong?

Welcome to Android Central! This happens regardless of how many times you try to reboot? It's probably a firmware or hardware defect, which is unfortunately not surprising for an off-brand device like yours. If it's a new device, bring it back to the store.
