LG G4 Voicemail notification won't dissapear

I have an LG G4 and there's a notification saying "new voicemail" on lock screen which I can't get rid of no matter what I try. Anyone know what to do? I don't want to disable all notifications or anything as I still want to see all my social media notifications/ messages. Thanks.

Go back into your voice mail and make sure the message, if any, has been listened to and/or deleted. You can also try rebooting the device to see if it disappears. If it doesn't, then you'll have to wait for the network to correct this on it's own since it's network related.
