USB not recognized, how do I fix?

While I was reflashing my device, the power went out. And when the power came back I was gonna start over again but my computer keeps on saying "USB not recognized". I tried other USB cords but it didn't work. I also tried to uninstall drive from Device Manager but it still did'nt work. Will my device be fixed? How? Please Help. Happy New Year!
