    I have an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. It was ATT and now TMobile service.In Oklahoma. I've restarted many times, Not sure what to do.

    Have you already contacted T-Mobile about this problem? If sounds carrier related. Does the same problem happen if you use your SIM card in a different device?
