I've just replaced my Note 4 LCD because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. For some reason the touchscreen is unresponsive to my finger, but the s-pen works. Does anyone know what is causing this to happen?

    Did you replace the digitizer?

The s pen uses a different system than the touch.

I'm not sure why my last reply wasn't posted. I'm unable to post links as well because I do not have a high enough post count, but what I ordered from Amazon is an LCD display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly. I replaced the entire LCD and screen (it came with a glass screen already attached to the display) by removing the cracked one through the front of the case. I connected both flex cables, and everything seems to be working, the screen lights up and the s-pen works, but it's unresponsive to my finger. Do you think they sent me a faulty replacement? I've reconnected the cabled a few times, tried restarting my phone, factory reset, nothing seems to work.
