hello Guys, I am facing this problems for two weeks. I am using Huawei honor 3C. My phone's camera screen turns black when I touch Camera icon, gallery don't get open, other services like Phone manager, Protected apps, Networked Apps are also not opening. Playstore just keeps on showing downloading and does not go ahead. I am trying to do factory reset, But it is not reseting my phone and phone is also not entering Recovery Mode. I have done with clear cache, clear data of media storage, rebooting. Moreover,sometimes phone just keep on showing startup logo and after pulling battery may be twice thrice make it switch on.
