Hello, I have a Galaxy 6S Edge, ver 5.1.1. T-Mobile
My apologies as I really do not know how to explain this...My phone has suddenly started giving me advise (via audio) and I am not sure what is going on. This morning about 7am my phone started giving me instructions on how to make brown rice. Then a little while later it started giving home repair advise for something called Home Staging Channel. Then a little while ago it started talking about hair styling tips. I have not installed anything recently, but when I do it is only from the Play Store. I really do not have much downloaded onto my phone other that what it came with. And anything I have installed has been on here for a while but I have updated some things.
Besides the Home Staging Channel, no other companies, etc. were mentioned.
When this is happening, I do not show any apps open. I go to the Application Manager to see what is currently Running and it is mostly system services. Nothing that stands out. I have tried Stopping some services that I thought might be related, but so far the audio runs until it is thru with its advise.
WiFi is on, but I only connect to my WiFi at home (This also happened to me at the grocery store the other day). Bluetooth is off as is NFC.
I hope I have given enough info. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to put off doing a Factory Reset.
