Red Dot On New Note 5 Screen

Hi my note5 was working really well from a week then yesterday night i just saw a very dim red color dot on the screen i restarted the phone but nothing happened it looks like stuck tiny pixel i even used pixel detector and fixer which showed different colors i used it 3 to 4 times with a duration of 20 to 30 minutes but it is still there
Can anyone please help me im so worried as its my first android phone after 5 years
Moreover i bought with no warranty the model is SM-N9208.
