A few weeks ago my phone (galaxy note 4 sm-910f) has been heating up and having significant battery drain with very light usage. I looked at gsam and noticed dboxed_process was using most of my battery and I have never seen it there before and could not find anything about it online

. I've tried to factory reset my phone twice but to no avail. I noticed dboxed_process is mostly present when I use a browser such as chrome (or any other browser). The phone heats up by the front camera and the ear piece. Any help on what dboxed_process is and why my phone is heating up and the battery draining would be greatly appreciated.
