why was i getting these pop ups and now my browser is blocked asking me to pay.money

basically i was getting all these pop ups when using my browser and now i have been complety nlocked out by this virus i am able to use other browser but am worried the virsus will get worse in the fone tried clearing cookies cache all that sort of thing nothing seems to be working please someone help have even contacted tech support and they were no help what so ever
