How do I block text messages using messaging+ on a samsung galaxy S6 on Verizon network

I am trying to block receiving text messages from someone and cannot figure out how to do it using the messaging+ app through verizon. I was able to mute them, but their messages still show in my phone. I don't want to see them at all. Please help.

If I can't incoming block texts with messaging+ then how do I switch back to the native Samsung messaging app?
