Should I download a "firmware update" on my samsung S4??

It mentions Lollipop - but if not enough memory it will go to KitKat?? Do I need this upgrade??

Hi, I presume you are on 4.4.4 KitKat at present? the update brings at least 5.0 Lollipop - it's entirely up to you when it comes to updating the phone - do you feel you need to change anything about the phone, if not then just stay on KitKat.

It won't download if you don't have sufficient memory / space for it.
