Why isn't my google play store updating/downloading apps?

[AC Question]

When i download or update an app, it will normally start then stop at around 66%, it has been like this for a month now. I have removed my Google account and added it back, cleared the cache and data for the play store, google play services, download manager and google services framework. I have also removed all the updates for the play store. I have plenty of space left on the phone internally and on my SD card. Thanks in advance

I would try to do a factory data reset
