My S4 has suddenly stopped connecting to internet and stopped texting.

I've tried all the ## suggestions to reset and have done 2 complete factory resets and still not allowing connection to internet (by LTE or 3G, does allow wifi). However, even when wifi connected, it will not text. Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Contact your carrier and see if a new SIM card helps. SMS messaging doesn't work over wi-fi, so that isn't surprising.
