my lg v10 powered off while exiting my messages and now wont turn back on how do i fix it?

Just purchased the LG V10 by Verizon wireless and while trying cancel a picture to be sent my phone powered off and now will not turn on, I have tried battery removal held down power button repeated these steps multiple times and it doesn't seem to work how do I fix it right now.

Welcome to Android Central! Bring it back to Verizon and show them the problem. See if they can test it with a new battery. If it still doesn't turn on, ask for a replacement.
