AC Question
Hello!
I am having this problem in a Wileyfox Swift running Android 5.1.1 (CyanogenOS 12.1-YOG4PAS33J).
After a clean factory reset I let the Play Store notify me of updates. I say yes, update, and then it goes on to update them. But, if I lock the screen, the updates just block during the "Updating..." or "Installing..." phase. This happens both with updates and new app installs.
The "Keep Wi-Fi on during sleep" option is set to "Always". The Play Store app is set to automatically update over wi-fi only. Both are the default settings.
The intriguing thing is: I have another Swift and it doesn't have this problem!
Could this be hardware related? Is anyone experiencing the same?
Thank you for you time, cheers,
AP
