My Account app is different

Recently added airtime to my LG 34 c tracfone. Now the app My Account wants to login to Facebook to check balance. I don't have Facebook account nor want one. How can I get the original My Account app back. Tried the uninstall then reinstalled it, still got the app My Account that wants to login to Facebook to check your balance. Please help how to get the original My Account that shows your airtime balance right on your screen. Thank you, dh
