My S3 play store stopped working

Hi there.
May you PLEASE assist me.
I am struggling to update my applications from Google play store.
I get an error message that 'application failed to download due to error in retrieving information from server' then it includes an error code.
I tried clearing data and restarting application on the settings menu, no winning...

Have you tried updating via both mobile data and wifi?
