Adding S5 to Verizon acct

I currently have a active Verizon acct, unfortunately my soon to be ex husband has completely locked me out of our (business) account. My current S4 is in its death throes, won't charge, etc. I've got a new, unlocked S5.. please, please can ANYONE help, offer advice?? Going through the lawyers/courts will take years as they're severely backlogged. I simply need to switch to the S5, which I have. There will be no change in billing. DESPERATE!! Thanks in advance :)
