Why is my Gionee P2 always frozen

[AC Question]

My Gionee P2 will suddenly pop up a message "Process com.Android.Phone ins't responding". This always got me weird most especially when I have an incoming call. I have tried pressing the power button with the (-) volume key and wipe the partition and cache but still the problem persist.

Hi, is this the only problem you have with the phone? does the pop up happen during other activities on the phone? have you tried performing a factory reset on the device? (if you do, be sure to back your data up)
