Play Store seems to think I have insufficient storage.

The app in particular I'm trying to install is Bloons TD 5. I have nearly 2gb available in internal storage, and 25gb+ on an external SD. But Play Store won't let me install the game, claiming I don't have the space. The only solution I've seen is to clear the system cache and reboot, which didn't work. This is getting frustrating. Any thoughts?

Your system partition is most likely full. you would have to remove a few apps to make space. The free internal storage space that you see is not reserved for app installations.
