Hello, my Samsung Galaxy s6 is in a bit of a problem when it comes to lock security. I am unable to add a finger print scanner, password, pattern and a pin lock. When I do try to add any of these. I put my phone on sleep, then turn it on again with the power button, but it just has the standard swipe mode even though it has a lock security on. How can I fix this?

It sounds like Smart Lock might be enabled. Go to Settings --> Lock screen and security --> Secure lock settings --> Smart Lock.

A trusted place or trusted device may be overriding your other settings.

Hello and thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I don't have "Secure lock settings" and "Trusted agents".
