I dropped my phone the other day and the screen went black. mlMy cell phone carrier delivered me a new phone but now I need to backup all my information from my old to my new phone. I didn't back it up into the cloud but it might be backed up on to Google I'm not sure. Is there anyway I can hook it up to the computer and get my information back onto my new Galaxy Note 5?

Welcome to Android Central! Try this method to access files on the phone: A quick guide to accessing a locked phone with a cracked screen. However, this won't allow you to retrieve contacts that were locally saved to the phone, since those are saved to an SQLite database in a system directory, which will be inaccessible to you. Mishaps like this illustrate the great advantage of keeping all of your important data synced to the cloud, so I encourage you to do that in the future.
