ZTE Overture 2 call problem

[AC Question]

At the end of december my girlfriend got a ZTE Overture 2 on Cricket and for the first week calling on the phone was fine. But this last week our calls have been acting up. We both go silent to each other and have to hang up and call each other back. Has anyone dealt with this issues?
