How to manually lock my Andriod?

I don't want it to lock automatically because I work slow. But when I am finished I want to lock it instantly.

I think this depends on your phone, but most will have the option to set how long it will take until the device locks itself up after the screen has been automatically turned off (note that the Display Off Timeout is a different setting). You can't set it to never auto-lock but you can set it, I believe, for up to 30 minutes. There should also be an option to immediately lock the device if YOU turn off the screen with the power button.
