Need Firmware and software for tablet to do hard reset please help!

[AC Question]

It is a Dragon Touch Y88 Dual Core 7 inch Tablet with a IMpax15 chip. I can not tell the board manufacturer it is written under one of the cables and I am not comfortable taking it off. The only place the software was available I can find was from Tablet Express but since they have a newer model available they have removed the file from the download page and will not send it to me. Sadly they still have the instructions online but no files to go with their own links. They seem to remove the older models as soon as a newer one is available.
