AC Question
Hey all,
After not restarting my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone for a few months, I decided to after some network errors and noticed after a fully charged phone, my phone was losing battery percentage at a really alarming rate. I charged the phone fully to 100%, took it off the charger and it immediately dropps to 98%. Watched a video on YouTube, browsed Amazon, and I kept noticing the battery dropping a percentage just about every minute. Here at work, I'm playing Spotify via a WiFi connection, and since 9:30am (It's not 11:00) my battery is at 75% with no other apps running.
Wondering if it's worth doing a factory reset? Should I wait to fully charge my battery before doing that? What would be the best approach to getting my battery back to normal.
Thanks!
